- The pass cannot be used on the day of purchase. Please purchase the pass at least one day before the day of use.
- This voucher cannot be shared, gifted, transferred or sold.
- Under no circumstances will tickets be refunded once purchased.
- Please exchange at the lift ticket booth at Naeba Ski Resort. You cannot exchange at Kagura Ski Resort.
- This is an adult ticket (junior high school students and above). Children (up to elementary school students) must purchase a special ticket (free all day) at the lift ticket booth.
- The business period and business hours may change depending on the weather and snow conditions.
